The passenger information system is a system that provides information services to passengers based on the multimedia network technology, with the computer system as the core and the station and the vehicle display terminal as the medium.

Passenger information system provides real-time dynamic multimedia such as travel instructions, service time, train arrival time, train schedule, manager announcement, government announcement, travel reference, stock information, media news, live broadcast, advertisement, etc. under normal circumstances.Information; provide dynamic emergency evacuation alerts in unusual situations such as fires, obstructions, and terrorist attacks.

Operating Mode

Station system
Normal mode: The system directly organizes information playback by the control center. The station subsystem receives real-time program content and broadcasts according to the received playlist and window frame.

Degraded mode (emergency mode): When the control center fails or the network communication is interrupted, the affected station subsystem quickly and automatically transitions to the degraded mode, and organizes the playback according to the pre-defined emergency playlist and locally stored program content.

Single point failure mode: When the communication between the individual terminal display device and the system is interrupted, the terminal device with communication interruption is organized and played according to the pre-defined emergency play list and the locally stored program content.The remaining devices operate in their original mode.


Vehicle system
Real-time mode: The car subsystem receives live video and text messages in real time.

Quasi-real-time mode: When the in-vehicle system cannot communicate with the ground in real time, the onboard subsystem transmits and pre-stores the display information and playlists at high speed through the wireless network during non-moving conditions during the stop of the train stop or during the return of the vehicle.And the window frame for the car system to broadcast, to ensure that the train broadcasts the program throughout the entire operation.

Recording mode: After the operation is completed every day, the in-vehicle subsystem vehicle segment receives the next-day playlist and program content delivered by the storage control center.When the vehicle is in operation, the in-vehicle system plays the pre-stored program content by itself according to the received playlist.
